Information for venues and organizations:
Venues and organizations are invited to plan, develop, fund and implement their own independent 2019 HEW programs. Venues may submit their programs to the Neuberger Centre for consideration in the printed calendar and website. The Neuberger will not assign Liaisons or Greeters to community programs and will not use these programs for private sponsorship opportunities.
Organizing venues of community programs are responsible for all applicable costs (i.e. out-of-town speaker’s travel expenses; hospitality (hotel + breakfast), airport pickup, local ground transportation; honorarium; A/V equipment; security; maintenance, etc).
The Neuberger Centre will cover the website maintenance expenses and will provide the venues with a PR Template and logo. Host venues are asked to publicize their events to secure a sizable audience.

Space will be limited, so preference will be given to programs that connect with the central theme. Only complete program listings will be considered. Submissions will be reviewed by the Neuberger programming team and, upon acceptance, the listings will be included in the printed calendar and on the website.
There will not be an opportunity to review the final content before it is submitted to the designer, so please ensure everything submitted is as accurate as possible. The Neuberger reserves the right to edit for spelling, grammar, space, and historical accuracy.
